Pawnee Mental Health Services, Inc.

Goal: $20,000.00

Specific Need

There is no way we could have anticipated the monumental changes that have been necessary for Pawnee Mental Health Services to be able to effectively respond to the needs of the community as a result of COVID-19. In less than four weeks, Pawnee rapidly adapted the way we deliver services for the health and wellbeing of our community by completely restructuring from in-person office appointments to tele-video and telephone sessions. The initial response from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive.

Pawnee remains dedicated to meeting the emerging needs of our community during this time of uncertainty. As the fall-out from COVID-19 mounts, so will the anxiety and mental health concerns of members of our community. Those already in need of mental health care are experiencing heightened symptoms and need for additional support. Others are finding themselves experiencing symptoms they never have before and are needing support for the first time in their lives.

It is only through your generosity and that of others that Pawnee has been able to provide the high-quality services we have been able to for all in our community. Your continuing support remains vitally important.

Mission

The mission of Pawnee Mental Health Services is to provide comprehensive quality mental health and substance use treatment and recovery services to strengthen the wellness of our communities.

Belief Statement- We believe Pawnee Mental Health Services is a leader in promoting healthy communities by providing mental health and substance use treatment services which are driven by community, family and individual needs.
