Specific Need

Childcare is a difficult service to master and more difficult to deliver in a way that young families can afford. As other facilities in our community continue to close their doors, From Cradles to Crayons is committed to providing the best service to fill the need of quality, affordable childcare. We provide the best early educational environment, with what we believe are the best Teachers and Staff. In order to have the best Teachers and Staff, we must provide competitive benefits. The child care workforce is in great despair. Due to affordability and lack of access to health benefits, many individuals leave the childcare workforce. This has a direct affect on staff retention and the desire to work in the childcare field.

Contributions to our program will allow us to support families with affordable tuition and tuition assistance. Funds raised will also allow us to continue to improve and expand our services, curriculum, and other quality related improvements. More so, contributions will provide us the opportunity to offer our staff health insurance benefits and increase staff retention through competitive benefits.
