This year, the Manhattan Area Technical College Foundation is raising funds to support the ECE Early Childhood Education (ECE) Learning Closet by providing books, toys, and hands-on learning tools for early childhood providers across our community. 

We believe that strong communities don’t start later. 
They start early. 

How Your Funds Will Be Used 

Every dollar raised during Grow Green Match Day goes directly to: 

• Building the ECE Learning Closet inventory 
• Purchasing durable, high-impact learning materials 
• Increasing access for local childcare providers 
• Supporting early learning environments across our region

Mission

At Manhattan Area Technical College, our mission is to prepare individuals for meaningful, in-demand careers while strengthening the communities we serve. 

Our focus on early childhood education is a direct extension of that mission. 

By supporting the development of skilled early childhood professionals, and equipping them with the tools they need, we are investing in a workforce that shapes learning at its most critical stage.  

Through hands-on training, real-world experience, and partnerships across the region, we are helping ignite passion in our students and meeting a growing workforce need in early childhood education. 

When we strengthen early learning, we strengthen everything that comes next.
