The Catalyst for Heart Health
The Manhattan Community Health Foundation is an independent catalyst that invests in innovation and builds partnerships to ensure a healthier Manhattan for every neighbor. This Match Day, we are laser-focused on providing the financial investment needed to elevate the quality of our local Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation services.
Why Recovery Machines?
Recovery from a cardiac event is a marathon. To help our neighbors cross the finish line, we need recovery machines that allow for specialized, state-of-the-art treatment. These aren't just machines; they are the tools that allow our local providers to offer the highest quality of care right here at home. By securing these resources, the Foundation acts as the catalyst that ensures our neighbors don’t have to travel miles to find a path back to health. While the hospital provides the healing, MCHF provides the funds that make that healing possible.
Mission
The Manhattan Community Health Foundation believes everyone deserves quality healthcare. As a catalyst for a healthier Manhattan, we improve lives by investing in innovative solutions, building strong partnerships, and championing equitable healthcare access for all community members, regardless of background or income.Profile
