Since 1977, KLS has progressively focused efforts on persons with special needs, domestic violence victims, crime victims, the homeless, children in foster care, consumers with debt disputes, the elderly, those with disabling conditions, individuals with barriers to jobs and housing, and those seeking mediation services.
