As the legal landscape continues to evolve, we are carefully finalizing the structure of this fund to ensure it is both compliant and sustainable. Our goal is simple: to create a reliable source of support that centers dignity, safety, and well-being.

Our Mission: True Colors is a youth-driven organization that provides direct service, advoacy and education in support of Queer and trans* youth
Our Vision: We envision a world where Queer and trans* youth and young adults are celebrated, safe, and connected (with others and with needed resources), where all are included and none are excluded.
Profile
True Colors opened as a drop-in center on July 1, 2022, creating a welcoming space for queer and trans youth. In fall 2025, we made the difficult decision to close our physical location as participation declined. Since then, we have been actively rebuilding and restructuring to better align with the current political and legal landscape.
Our commitment remains unchanged—we aim to continue supporting queer and trans youth and young adults by adapting our approach and finding new ways to serve our community.
