Specific Need

We believe every child, especially those with fewer resources, deserves eye-opening, wonder-sparking, creativity-igniting experiences. Our goals is to have the best of both worlds: we want to provide incredible, high-quality and impressive experiences for children and families, while also making it affordable.

In 2025, we more than doubled attendance at our Preschool Explorations and Discovery Day (school day out) programs. We achieved near maximum attendance at our Think Big Summer Camp, and we piloted a weekly Afterschool Wonder Club with rotating themes. 2025 was a fantastic year!
In 2026, we want to keep up the growth! We want to expand our afterschool program, enhance our outdoor learning area, create an indoor maker space and refresh all of our exhibits.

Our mission is to promote education in the arts, sciences, and humanities through hands-on activities and exhibits, to instill a desire for lifelong learning, recognize our cultural diversity, and foster creative potential.

Profile

When kids are at Wonder Workshop Children's Museum, they experience connection, inclusion, wonder, inspiration and awe. They are given opportunities to learn new things, make mistakes, get messy, laugh and be their authentic selves. We embrace all the beauty of childhood and want to create lasting memories and experiences for children and families in our community.
